This is advised only if the internet connection is reliable and the client has sufficient internet bandwidth to have a video based call without interruptions. Silver Oak Health has facilitated a chat feature on its Employee Wellbeing and Assistance Portal through which employees can chat with the counsellor before engaging in a call or face to face meeting.
The company has also provided a WhatsApp chat facility on its helpline number so that employees can chat with the counsellor wherever they are, at a time that they are free to quickly reach out to their counsellor. An email address is also provided to employees if they want to send emails to communicate with the counsellors.
